Shipping guarantee:  Our guarantee is that UPS will pick-up your package(s) from TCF on our daily shipping schedule.  TCF is not responsible for order delays in transit due to weather conditions, UPS transit failures or incorrect or incomplete addresses.  Any incorrect or incomplete addresses the customer will be charged an additional $10 UPS fee.  All packages will be left upon delivery - please ensure someone will be available to receive package.  It is perishable and needs to be refrigerated ASAP.
